After a tip from a friend, I checked out the website. After getting some questions answered via email, I placed an order. Everything was arranged so neatly and clearly, with quick personal contact. After delivery, the necklace turned out to be too short. I measured it again and was simply allowed to send the necklace back and received a longer one in return. The necklace with the charm is smaller than I had expected, but it suits my neck so much better, and it is such a wonderful feeling to be able to carry my dearest Jakob with me always.
